One Piece EB-05 Premium Bandai Lottery: Can You Enter From Overseas?

Bandai’s ONE PIECE Card Game site posted on October 30, 2026 that Premium Bandai (プレミアムバンダイ), Bandai Namco’s own online store, had opened a lottery for the EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 box at ¥5,760. If you collect from outside Japan, the question is whether that box can reach you. Not through Premium Bandai. Its lottery notes say items ship within Japan only, and when we requested the EB-05 page from outside Japan, the site sent us to its international store selector instead, and the U.S. store it links to had no EB-05 listing. For overseas collectors, the realistic route is a sealed box from Japanese retail, mostly ¥13,000 to ¥14,980, or a listing in your own market.

Our EB-05 release date and box price guide noted on October 21 that Premium Bandai had not yet listed this box. This is that listing.

Can overseas collectors enter the EB-05 Premium Bandai lottery?

Realistically, no. The lottery is a Japan-only sale: delivery is to Japanese addresses only, one of the three payment methods is restricted to Japan, and the store sends visitors outside Japan to a separate international site. If you already have a Premium Bandai account, a Japanese delivery address and a Japanese payment method, you can enter like anyone else.

Here is what the listing says, checked November 2, 2026:

Premium Bandai’s pages did not load for our automated checks and redirect visitors outside Japan, so these lines come from search-engine copies of the listing and a public screenshot of it posted on October 30, cross-checked against Premium Bandai’s own X post giving the same November 5, 23:00 deadline.

The ¥5,760 works out to exactly 24 packs at Bandai’s ¥240 pack price, the same unit Premium Bandai used for its OP-17 box. The part of the EB-05 listing we could read does not print the pack count itself.

What the listing says about who can enter

Three things in Premium Bandai’s own wording close the door for overseas buyers, and none of them is a rule about nationality. They are about where the box goes and how you pay.

Delivery. Premium Bandai’s lottery entry notes (抽選販売 申込みのご注意) state 「商品の発送は日本国内のみです。」, items are shipped within Japan only.

Payment. The EB-05 listing accepts 「クレジットカード前払い」 (credit card, paid in advance), 「プレバンPay（応募時払い）」 (Premium Bandai’s own e-money, charged when you enter) and 「ペイディ」 (Paidy, a Japanese pay-later service). Premium Bandai’s プレバンPay page says the service is for use in Japan only. Whether a credit card issued outside Japan is accepted is not stated on the page as of November 2, 2026.

Access. When we requested the EB-05 listing and the lottery notes from a location outside Japan, both resolved to p-bandai.jp/global_newpc.html, a page titled “Premium Bandai is International!” that offers links to the store’s regional sites (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the U.S., Australia, New Zealand) and Shopee stores. The Japanese listing never appears.

What we did not find anywhere is a statement about forwarding-service addresses. We are not suggesting that a Japanese forwarding warehouse can stand in for your address, because nothing from Premium Bandai says it can.

What does an EB-05 box cost in Japan if you skip the lottery?

Between ¥13,000 and ¥19,870 for a sealed box on November 2, 2026, with most listings at ¥14,000 to ¥14,980. That is roughly 2.3 to 3.5 times the lottery price, and every one of these is in stock or on preorder now, not waiting on a November draw.

These are the box listings on 価格.com (kakaku.com), which aggregates Rakuten, Amazon.co.jp and other Japanese stores. Each is a box listing that states 24 packs (24パック入り) in its title or description:

Asking prices on 価格.com, November 2, 2026, 07:38 JST. Store asks, not completed sales.

That range sits right on the ¥14,800 to ¥15,800 we saw on November 1 in our EB-05 chase card prices, so the box price has not moved much in the first days after the October 31 release. None of these stores is guaranteed to ship abroad, so most overseas buyers will go through a proxy and pay its fees plus international shipping on top.

Which route makes sense from outside Japan?

Start with the route whose price you can know today, and only then look at the cheaper ones with conditions attached. For an overseas buyer that ranks the three routes like this:

The arithmetic favors route 3 by more than ¥7,000 a box, but only for someone who already lives in Japan. For everyone else the real comparison is between routes 1 and 2, and the deciding number is the Japanese ask plus your proxy and shipping costs against what a local seller wants with shipping included.

If the cards matter more than the box, the English EB-05 shipped on October 30, 2026 at USD $4.99 per pack on Bandai’s English page. The Japanese pack is 6 cards and the English pack is 12, so do not compare box prices pack for pack across the two languages. Our Japanese One Piece booster box guide walks through why a box price only means something next to its pack and card count.

Is there an overseas Premium Bandai option for EB-05?

Not yet. Premium Bandai USA is a separate store with its own “Chance to Buy” drawings. On November 2, 2026 its 40 newest One Piece Card Game listings included OP-16 and OP-17 booster boxes at US$120, an EB-03 Heroines Edition booster box at US$120 marked for August 2026 delivery, and a Heroines Special Set at US$70, all closed. There was no EB-05 item.

The EB-03 listing shows these regional drawings can arrive months after a set’s release, so a later EB-05 drawing on a regional store is possible but not announced. The regional stores are the official route Premium Bandai itself points overseas visitors to, which makes them worth checking before you pay a premium elsewhere.

What we could not confirm

The listing does not settle everything an overseas buyer would want to know. As of November 2, 2026, these are not stated on the pages we could read:

• Whether a credit card issued outside Japan can be used for credit card prepayment.
• How Premium Bandai treats a delivery address at a Japanese forwarding service.
• The exact day results are announced within November, or the exact shipping date.
• How many boxes are in the lottery, or the odds of winning.

Release dates for the next One Piece sets are on our releases page. We will update this article if Premium Bandai changes its delivery terms or if a regional Premium Bandai store lists EB-05.
