One Piece Heroines CUP 3on3: Nov 7 Promos, Entry by Oct 12
The Rundown
- Three venues, two dates: November 7, 2026 at TOC Ariake (Tokyo) and Mydome Osaka, November 29, 2026 in Fukuoka. Entry is free, by lottery, for teams of exactly three.
- Applications run October 2 to October 12, 2026 in the BANDAI TCG+ app only, results come out October 16, and every applicant needs an approved face photo, which Bandai says can take a week or more to review.
- Prizes: ST32-003 Dracule Mihawk for the Best 6, OP17-027 Benn Beckman for the Best 32, and Promotion Pack Vol.10 plus two 世界統一記念ドン!! cards (Nami and Usopp) for everyone who plays.
- Participants can buy one EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 box at ¥5,760 and one Nami & Robin playmat set at ¥4,730. ¥5,760 is exactly 24 packs at the ¥240 pack list price, so the box is not discounted.
- Bandai's English events index lists no Heroines CUP as of October 3, 2026. The prizes reach overseas collectors only through the Japanese secondary market, starting November 8.

Bandai opened applications on October 2 for Heroines CUP -3on3-, a team event where every deck has to be led by one of 25 named heroines, and the prize list includes two event printings and a box of the new EB-05. You want to know whether any of it is reachable from abroad. Not by entering: the event is a free lottery for three-person teams that must play in person in Tokyo, Osaka or Fukuoka, and applications close on October 12. The prizes reach you only through the Japanese secondary market, from November 8.
Can you enter the Heroines CUP 3on3 from overseas?
Realistically, no. You would need two teammates, three BANDAI TCG+ accounts with approved face photos, and a seat in Japan on November 7 or 29. Bandai sets no nationality rule on the page, but every condition it does set assumes you are in the country.
Here is the schedule and who runs each venue:
| Date | Venue | Run by | Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sat, Nov 7, 2026 | TOC Ariake, Tokyo | Dragon Star (ドラゴンスター) | Not published on the official page |
| Sat, Nov 7, 2026 | Mydome Osaka | Card Box (カードボックス) | 498 people / 166 teams per session (organizer page) |
| Sun, Nov 29, 2026 | 南近代ビル貸会議室, Hakata, Fukuoka | Card Labo (カードラボ) | 498 people / 166 teams per session, two sessions |
The format is Standard, with block icon ① cards barred apart from listed exceptions, played as Swiss for up to five rounds with no elimination. The Fukuoka page lists entry as free and states that travel and lodging are the entrant’s own cost.
Under-18s need guardian consent, which Bandai treats as given by applying. On the day, staff may check ID against the Bandai Namco ID linked to the account, and a mismatch costs you entry, the prizes and the right to buy merchandise.
⚠️ The face photo, not the lottery, is where most late teams fail
Bandai says face-photo review can take a week or more, and the BANDAI TCG+ guide adds that a slow review is not grounds for an exception. The window closes October 12, so a teammate who uploads a photo on October 10 is very likely out, and if one member cannot apply, the whole team is excluded from the draw. The same guide lists face recognition for Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Taiwan only. And do not pay anyone to "enter for you": Bandai lists transferring an account or an entry right among the violations that get accounts suspended.
What the Heroines CUP hands out
Two placement promos, one participation pack, two DON!! cards, and two items you can buy only if you played.
| Tier | Item (official page) | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Best 6 | ST32-003 Dracule Mihawk | One per person |
| Best 32 | OP17-027 Benn Beckman | One per person |
| Participation | Promotion Pack Vol.10 (5 cards per pack, 5 kinds) | Same pack as the OP-17 Crew Battle prize |
| Participation | 世界統一記念ドン!!カード, Nami and Usopp | World-unification commemorative DON!! cards |
| Venue sale | EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2, 1 box | ¥5,760, one per person, participants only |
| Venue sale | Official Playmat Nami & Robin (playmat plus 1 card) | ¥4,730, one per person, participants only |
Bandai does not spell out whether “Best 6” and “Best 32” count teams or individual players, or whether they apply per session. It only says each recipient gets one card.
The Promotion Pack Vol.10 line is worth noticing. The five card images on this page carry the same file names (OP09-102, OP14-010, OP16-081, EB04-011, P-158) as the pack handed out at the October 17 Crew Battle, which we covered in the OP-17 Crew Battle promos piece. Two events feeding the same pack means more supply, not less.
The leader list, and why it shapes the market
Only 25 leaders are legal, and parallel designs of them count: ST11-001 Uta, OP05-002 Belo Betty, OP06-001 Uta, OP06-021 Perona, OP06-022 Yamato, OP06-042 Vinsmoke Reiju, OP07-019 Jewelry Bonney, OP07-038 Boa Hancock, OP08-021 Carrot, OP08-058 Charlotte Pudding, OP09-022 Lim, OP09-062 Nico Robin, OP10-003 Sugar, OP11-022 Shirahoshi, OP11-041 Nami, OP12-081 Koala, OP13-100 Jewelry Bonney, OP14-041 Boa Hancock, OP15-039 Rebecca, OP16-079 Yamato, OP17-099 Charlotte Linlin, EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, EB04-001 Jewelry Bonney, EB05-010 Nico Robin and P-117 Nami.
Two team rules follow. No two members can use the same leader card number, and any card number is capped at four copies per person and twelve across the team. For a collector, the takeaway is simple: in the weeks before November 7, Japanese players building three different heroine decks will be buying these leaders and their parallels, not selling them.
Where the prizes will actually come from
The Japanese secondary market, from November 8, in two waves. Tokyo and Osaka hand out their prizes on November 7, Fukuoka on November 29. No prize exists in anyone’s hands before then, so a listing dated earlier is a promise, not a card.
What we can say about price today is limited to the ordinary printings. On October 3, 2026, yuyu-tei had the regular ST32-003 Dracule Mihawk at ¥120 in stock, and the regular OP17-027 Benn Beckman at ¥120 in stock, with a parallel printing at ¥1,280 and two copies. The Heroines CUP printings do not exist yet, so nobody can quote them honestly. What those base prices tell you is how much of any asking price is the event treatment rather than the card.
That creates the classic trap for an overseas buyer: a listing titled “ST32-003 Mihawk” may be the ¥120 ordinary card, the event prize, or something else under the same number.
🗼 What we can do about this
Nobody can enter the Heroines CUP on your behalf, but the listings it produces are hard to read from outside Japan. The same card number covers the ¥120 ordinary print and the event prize, and Japanese sellers describe the difference in their own shorthand. Tell us which prize you want (ST32-003, OP17-027, the Vol.10 pack or the DON!! cards) and we check the live Japanese listings on Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions and shop stock after the event, then send back a free report with the listings we would pick, the yen price, what the seller's wording actually proves about the printing, and an all-in estimate including proxy fees and shipping to your country. You buy directly from the links. Our job is finding the best way to buy it from Japan and telling you.
The Tokyo Sourcing Desk is our own free service. Editorial policy.
The search mechanics are the same as for any Japanese card, covered in buying One Piece cards from Japan. The difference here is timing: wait for real listings, and compare the first week against the second wave after Fukuoka before deciding.
Is the EB-05 box at the event a deal?
No. It is list price with a purchase cap. The event sells one EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 box per participant at ¥5,760. Bandai’s product page prices a 6-card pack at ¥240 including tax, and ¥5,760 divided by ¥240 is exactly 24 packs. The event page does not state the pack count, but the arithmetic matches a standard box at list.
That matters because the box is not event-exclusive. EB-05 is a normal retail product, and the EB-05 product page now gives a release date of October 31, 2026, a week before the event. Our EB-05 release guide covers the Japanese and English versions. The playmat is the more interesting item: it comes with one card, is capped at one per person, and the page carries Bandai’s usual line that the goods “may be sold outside this event,” which leaves the door open without announcing anything.
📦 EB-05 box
- ¥5,760 at the event, one per person.
- Works out to 24 packs at ¥240, the pack list price.
- Sold at retail in Japan from October 31.
- No reason to chase the event version.
🧵 Nami & Robin playmat
- ¥4,730 at the event, one per person.
- Includes a playmat and one card.
- Bandai says it may be sold elsewhere, no date given.
- Watch for a later retail or shop-event sale before paying a markup.
If you want sealed EB-05 from Japan, an eBay search for a Japanese EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 box (paid link) is the one-parcel option. Compare its total against ¥5,760 plus proxy and shipping costs before you commit.
Is there an English or global Heroines CUP?
Not that Bandai has published. On October 3, 2026, the English events index for North America, Europe, Oceania, Latin America and the Middle East listed Championship 26-27 events, Treasure Cups, BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest stops and store tournaments, and nothing named Heroines CUP or 3on3. The Japanese page itself says nothing about overseas editions.
So treat this as a Japan-only event for now. If an English equivalent appears, it will be listed on that index. Even then, the Japanese printings handed out in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka will only come from Japan.
So what for overseas collectors?
This is a small event with a clear shape, and the useful part is knowing what not to pay for.
💡 The short version
You cannot enter from abroad, and nobody can enter for you. The EB-05 box is list price and goes on general sale October 31. The real targets are the ST32-003 and OP17-027 event printings and the DON!! cards, which appear on Mercari and Yahoo! Auctions from November 8, with a second wave after November 29. Until you can see the event marking in a listing photo, assume you are looking at the ¥120 ordinary card.
If you have friends in Japan who play, the dates that matter to them are the October 12 application deadline and the face photo that has to be approved before it. For everyone else, the only date that matters is November 8.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to enter the Heroines CUP 3on3?
Entry itself is free, according to the Fukuoka organizer page, and the official page lists no entry fee. Travel and lodging are your own cost. If you win a seat, the optional venue purchases are one EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 box at ¥5,760 and one Nami & Robin official playmat set at ¥4,730 (a playmat plus one card), each limited to one per person and to participants only.
Can someone outside Japan apply for the Heroines CUP?
Only if all three team members can be physically at a Japanese venue on the day and each one has a BANDAI TCG+ account with an approved face photo. Bandai's face-recognition guide lists Japan and eight Asian markets as covered regions, and does not list North America or Europe. Entry may be checked against the Bandai Namco ID linked to the account, and transferring an account or an entry right is grounds for suspension, so a proxy entrant is not an option.
Is there an English or global version of the Heroines CUP?
Not as of October 3, 2026. The English (NA/EU/OC/LATAM/ME) events index lists Championship, Treasure Cup, Fest and store events, and nothing named Heroines CUP or 3on3. If Bandai adds one later it will appear on that index, but nothing on the Japanese page says the event is coming abroad.
When will Heroines CUP promo cards show up for sale?
No earlier than November 8, 2026, the day after the Tokyo and Osaka events, with a second wave after the Fukuoka event on November 29. Any listing dated before November 7 is a preorder for a card the seller does not yet have. The Promotion Pack Vol.10 is also the participation prize at the OP-17 Crew Battle on October 17, so those cards can appear earlier from that event.
Which leaders can you use at the Heroines CUP?
Only 25 named female leaders, from ST11-001 Uta to P-117 Nami, including OP06-022 Yamato, OP07-038 Boa Hancock and EB05-010 Nico Robin. Parallel designs count. No two members of a team can use the same leader card number, and each card number is capped at 4 copies per person and 12 per team.
